Many of the Children's Hearing problems we deal with come to us through our Family Law Clients.

The idea behind the Children's Hearing system is to help children and families in times of difficulty.

The process is usually started by Social Work intervention and it is important that both parents and children obtain representation for Panel Hearing and Proof hearings which are dealt with in the Sheriff Court.

We are experienced in dealing with both Panel Hearings and Sheriff Court Hearings in respect of these matters and we are able to provide you with advice and assistance in respect of these matters.
